About R. Hammond Consulting
Renata Hammond is a talented executive coach, Human Resources consultant, and mentor with a diverse background in business, government, community, and corporate leadership development. She established R. Hammond Consulting because she cares about the remarkable impacts of workplace culture shifts in the post-Covid era.
Renata brings expertise in developing high performing teams and leaders, based on trust, gratitude, and results. Over the past 20 years, Renata has honed her gift of connecting deeply and listening to what each client needs in the executive coaching space, empowering clients to grow emotional intelligence and professional skills while increasing outcomes. She has coached hundreds of clients, from executives, managers, business owners, union leaders, to post secondary students and vulnerable youth, all with a diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and reconciliation lens. She has facilitated workshops for dozens of organizations and currently teaches communications and career preparation skills at the College of New Caledonia (CNC).
Renata’s natural passion for developing others has led her to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). As a Maslow Certified Leadership Coach and Certified Executive Culture Coach, she is also completing her accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and with Positive Intelligence®. Renata also volunteers for CPHR BC and Yukon as a mentor and Northern Advisory Council member, serves as President of the Prince George, BC, PEO chapter, and has volunteered for many other nonprofits.
